Abstract

This article discusses melting-edge technology to vastly maximize the pleasure yield gained by consuming chocolate. Combination with a further organic ingredient (pre-washed straw-berry) is shown to extend the pleasurable effect of chocolate ingestion using less cocoa, to save precious cocoa resources. Thus, a dramatic reduction of the risk for humanitarian disas-ter in CPEC nations can be achieved while pointing Western eating habits towards a healthier course.
